BIBLICAL EDUCATION IN SCHOOLS.

Our true worth, identity and peace come from knowing Christ and having salvation through Him.

We work to prevent identity crisis, most especially in our country, the United States, and how the spirit of lies has creeped into our schools and the different lies about marriage and the unborn child. Emissaries Mission believes that marriage is between one man and one woman, and that God created every life from conception with a plan and purpose. We believe in the sacredness of human life in all stages from conception to natural death. The truth needs to the taught that life is to be preserved without exception because God has His will and purpose for every human life even before conception, and for this reason we strive to bring Biblical knowledge back to schools of all levels. Teaching Biblical knowledge in schools has been one of Odi’s passions as he grew up not knowing anything about God as his parents were idol worshipers. Odi became a believer when his mom gave her life to Christ, and she started the journey that led Odi to Christ. So, for this reason, Odi became passionate about reaching out to youth with the gospel as he has done for many years starting from Africa and while working with youth who struggle with mental health issues here in the United States. Emissaries Mission works to build relationships with teachers and student’s parents to gather students together for Christian fellowship. And during this fellowship, students are taught moral lessons, biblical lessons and matters of identity crisis/ mental health issues are discussed.

CHILDHOOD EDUCATION.

Working collaboratively to help bring the awareness of the importance of education to families in remote villages in Africa and meeting their needs wholistically.

K-12 education is not free in most parts of Africa. There are free schools that the government provides, but a young child will be in a class of 80 or more students with one teacher and the quality of education is poor. To get even an average quality education will cost a lot of money for every child. This includes uniforms, supplies, transportation, tuition fees, and food. It is one of the major problems in Africa as Odi suffered from the same problem as he dropped out from school for some years. This happened all throughout his K-12 schooling. In addition, while Odi was in Africa, he realized this same problem of one teacher to too many students continued so he volunteered to teach in local schools and would visit the children’s home to empower their parents about the importance of education and also help build relationships with churches and non-profits to empower them to support the education of all children in their communities as a whole. Emissaries Mission is helping families to know and understand the importance of education for both male and female children, giving them relief and development as needed and supporting the less privileged.

CROSSOVER MISSION.

Leading Churches and non-profits mission teams to the local ground in remote villages where they want to reach out cross-culturally.

The Crossover Mission movement is the international mission aspect of this ministry where outreach and missionary trainings and work are done internationally. Emissaries Mission believes that cross-cultural boundaries were broken by God (Acts chapter 2). So, the gospel is for all cultures. Crossover Mission was taken from the Bible in Mark 4:35 where Jesus told his disciples that it is time to cross over to the other side of the lake. The other side of the lake, according to the Jews back then, represented everything that was impure, corrupt and sinful.  But Jesus has changed this perspective. Reaching out to the people on the other side means that the barriers between different cultures has now been broken and that we are now free to share the love of Christ (gospel) to anybody. We believed that God has called us as His emissaries (ambassadors) to the world to carry out His mission. That is why we go to the people, live among them, teaching them God’s way of living a life, knowing and understanding their culture, living a sacrificial life, learning from them, loving them, and starting with the little they know about Christ and bringing the wholistic, practical gospel to them that they may find salvation.
