BOARD DIRECTOR

RHONDA BARNETT

Rhonda is married to John and is the mother of two adult children, Jordan and Jackie. She has 6 grandchildren. She owns a small business and has worked in missions-related endeavors for the past 27 years. She currently serves with Medical Ambassadors International, through community health evangelism (CHE), to facilitate training for co-laborers globally.

Christ Revival Emissaries Mission International (CREMI) started during Trina and Odi’s missionary journey to Assemblies of God Church in Ghana, West Africa. CREMI was started to empower missionaries, churches and non-profits to do more discipleship and community development, support K-12 schooling in persecuted and poor countries, and to alleviate poverty.

  • Odi’s first time in Ghana was not as a missionary, but he was in search of a ship to work with as he was a sailor. Odi was just a young Christian back then with little faith. Odi later left Ghana after 3 years of staying in Ghana and came back in the same year to begin his missionary Journey with Trina in Eastern Region, Ghana.

It all started as Odi was working with schools, churches, nonprofits and communities voluntarily using Community Health Evangelism (CHE) tools. Then he was starting to notice the area of ministry God has called him into, and how to continue to serve the Lord using his gifts.

Odi got married later and he and his wife (Trina) after marriage continued to have more desires and strength to reach out to local families, local schools, nonprofits and local churches to partner with them for mission work. Odi would disciple young men and women in different communities, and these people willingly continued to serve the Lord voluntarily with CREMI. Together with these volunteers, Odi would go out to empower students in schools, help to set up outreach and mission teams in local churches and nonprofits, and do community-based development. Odi was stationed at Assemblies of God Church, Ghana, at that time as he would travel from there to Burkina Faso, Togo and Nigeria for this mission work.
